Italian Whites San Angelo, Pinot Grigio, Castillo Banfi ‘10 - Rounded, lightly floral with flavors of citrus, melon and pear. A delightful complement to light fare, seafood, pasta, and poultry dishes. Bollini, Pinot Grigio, Trentino, Tre Venezie ‘09 - Clean and crisp, aromas of minerals and  lemon rind follow through to a medium-bodied  palate, good fruit and a minerally finish.                                 Caposaldo, Pinot Grigio, Veneto ‘08 - Pale straw yellow.  Delicate white fruit and apple aromas. Flavors are off set by notes of acacia blossoms and almonds.  The texture is crisp and vibrant. Well balanced, bright acidity and a clean fresh finish.  Perfect with pasta or salmon.                             Maso Canali, Pinot Grigio, Trentino ‘09 - Hand picked grapes with a small amount rack dried to add complexity.  The nose delivers peach and hint of honey, then enticing flavors of lemon and fresh apple with floral notes.  It is well-balanced with a persistent lively finish.  We love this wine. Vagnoni, Vernaccia, Di San Gimignano ‘09 - An extremely elegant wine once considered Italy’s Finest white.  Shrouded in the mist of time this wine fired the imaginations of poets, artists, and popes. Rich bouquet of herbal notes.  Balance on the palate of clean tropical fruit, pineapple, and a sustained grapefruit finish.  A true delight. Michele Chiarlo, Gavi, Garantita ’09 - Elegant wine that is fresh on the palate with a harmonic balance  O citrus fruit, lime, and mineral. NEW D’arrigo, Pino Noir, Borgetto ‘09 - Black cherry, oak, vanilla and incense aromas lead into cherry spice Vanilla and cream cola flavors with a lingering, finish. Italian Reds and Varietals Luigi Righetti Estate, Valpolicella ’08 - Campolieti means "happy fields".  The wine is a blend of corvina, rondinella and molinara grapes. With aromas of violet, black cherry, herbs, and woodland scents. Luigi Righetti has made this wine for 80 years! Cascina Bruni Bricco Rosso, Barolo ’05 - Garnet coloring with dusty cherry and red currant. Hints of fig and lavender leading to chestnut and truffle.  Finishing with notes of cedar and mineral stone.
