Full-flavored finish lingers, great subtlety. Fuedo Arancio, Nero D’Avola, Sicily, ‘09 - An indigenous Sicilian variety with a huge reputation. First cultivated only in the area of Siracusa, but has since spread all over Sicily.  A red wine with a unique fruity character. Hints of red berries and cranberry. It has a deep red colour with a soft and delicate structure. Straccali, Chianti Classico, Tuscany, ’09 - Ruby red, intense and persistent violet notes mingle with cherry.  Well structured with a firm and polished finish.  Spicy!  A wonderful, classic, Italian chianti. Sartori, Pinot Noir, Provincia di Pavia, ’07 - Bright ruby with violet reflexions, alluring bouquet of black cherry jam, chocolate, and vanilla.  Elegant roundness enhanced by good acidity.  Light almond finish. Tenuta Sete Ponte, Crognolo, Toscana ’08 - This refined, stylish blend of Sangiovese and Merlot combines fruit lushness and concentration with a palate of ripe cherries, black fruit, leather and vanilla repeated in the aromas. Firm, elegant tannins and integrated oak end in a balanced finish.  A wonderful wine. Travaglini Gattinara, Piedmont ’05 - Rare and supple Nebbiola grapes.  Nebbiola means fog, the extremely low yielding vines bear fruit slowly with wonderful aromas of violets and roses.  A Wood Fire favorite. Sparkling Wines D’arrigo Moscato D’ Asti ‘10 Rasperry and cherry flavors with a rich mid-palate and a long complex finish. Blending sweetness with acidity.  Vietti, Moscato di’ Asti, Italy ’09 - Aromatic, semi-sparkling wine with a mild level of sweetness balanced by vibrant acidity.  Full, lush, and delicious.  For a toast, a celebration, a moment:  Magnifico! Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, Champagne Brut, Mixed Vintage.
